Nice travel guitar!
I gave my old acoustic to the local brewery to hang on the wall. Eventually I decided I wanted another guitar to take camping and other places, so I started looking at used guitars. I stumbled across this nice looking guitar and decided to splurge on something new.
It took 2 months or so to arrive, but I was patient. I also ordered a hardshell case to put it in, which arrive about 2 weeks before the guitar.
The guitar is pretty nice looking. I appreciate the electronics, although I probably won't use anything other than the tuner, personally. It plays well, and sounds decent. Expect a thinner sound due to being smaller and thinner body. That is fine by me because I wanted something easy to carry and to practice with. It's not for gigging.
The graphic is obviously a decal, but it looks good in person anyway. It came unblemished and very playable. I haven't played an acoustic in a while, so my fingers had a little bit of awakening, but not too bad.
I normally purchase items from our local music shop, but really liked this guitar and I knew they wouldn't have it close by. Sweetwater has been amazing! Personal attention. Constant communication. They really seem to do it right!
Now back to working those few acoustic songs I have been wanting to learn!
My New Favorite Guitar
I have been looking for a smaller acoustic guitar for awhile but couldn't find one that felt right for me. I stumbled upon this beautiful acoustic-electric guitar in my favorite color, had to preorder it, and I'm so glad I did. It's the perfect size for me and it both looks and sounds amazing.
