6-string Acoustic-electric Baritone Guitar with Solid Spruce Top, Pau Ferro Back and Sides, Mahogany and Pau Ferro Neck, and Ebony Fingerboard - Open Pore Semi-gloss

The ACFS380BT from Ibanez is yet another impeccably designed acoustic-electric from their popular Artwood Fingerstyle Collection. This bold Grand Concert acoustic features a solid Engelmann spruce top with pau ferro back and sides — a tonewood pairing that delivers full, rounded tone with a textured low end along with sparkling highs. In addition, a 5-piece mahogany and pau ferro neck with Macassar ebony fingerboard offer stellar response and playability for a variety of styles including robust flatpicking and finger-style. And when you are ready to plug in, an Ibanez T-Bar undersaddle and Block Contact pickup with Ibanez DP1 preamp kicks out beautifully articulate amplified tone.

Ibanez ACFS380BT Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Open Pore Semi-Gloss

By Sweetwater Customer on August 28, 2022 Music Background: Classical Guitar

First I must Tell you about Ray G. my sales rep. He is wonderful, has guided me through the maze a few times on really expensive items. The Baritone. This is one of the greatest sounding Baritone's I have ever played, really glad that I bought it. The dual channel out is a really cool tool if you want mix separately in your recording. The neck is really nice smooth. I took a bit getting use to the larger strings of the guitar. I really enjoy playing this guitar.

Beautiful baritone - amazing sound

This is a beautiful guitar. The light colored Engelmann Spruce top is stunning with a beautiful finish. My pics don't do it justice. Most important it sounds amazing. This is hard to put down. My first Ibanez acoustic and I would definitely give them another look. VERY impressed. My first baritone and the string gauge is not for newbies. Worth it. What a sound.

My only complaint is the gig bag. Not much padding but the worst is its a HORRIBLE design for an acoustic. It only unzips partially so it's almost impossible to take the guitar out without it scrapping against the top and bottom zipper.

Ignoring the gig bag, this is a guitar worth more than the price IMO.
