That A Custom accent
I had recently re-outfitted my kit with the A Customs. I was looking for that rock sound that cut higher above the deep bass guitar and bass drum sounds. I enjoy the sound of this series. This 12" continues that sound on the kit. I have it set next to my 8" and 10" splashes and it is right in line. Crisp sound. Doesn't ring out too long. Good cutting sound. Same tone family as my other A customs.

A Bright addition
This super perky splash is more of a light, fast crash with a beautiful, high-pitched timbre. It's been a great surprise and adds a nice balance to larger, heavier crashes. Offers excellent variation to your kit with it's distinctive attack and decay. Over performs for its size and cost. A great addition to my sound palate.
Perfect
I have the 10 inch A custom, on the left, and was always wanting another splash on the other side of the kit above the ride. Something a little darker. So I went with the 12 inch and will never regret it! This was the perfect addition to the kit that I needed and love it! I say "darker" but remember, it's still a splash. It's just a little bigger and deeper than the 10 inch. Highly recommend it!!
Warm, dark long sustain
It"s a fine cymbal, with more characteristics akin to a lite crash. Warm, dark and sings for awhile. If you wa t a quick splash, this is not the right cymbal.
Brilliant Sound
I was looking for a nice accent crash that didn't have a lot of sustain. I tried normal thin/ultra thin crashes in person and it still sounded too washy. I tried this one out and it is PERFECT for what I need. This is nicely in between a crash and a splash. It doesn't sound too high pitched like typical 8 or 10 inch splashes. The A custom has such a bright sound too.
