Patch your sequencer into any input besides the first one, and the Lev. 1 knob adds or subtracts up to 1V from the sequencer's signal. In this fashion, you can transpose a sequence up a fourth, down a fifth, and so on. Patch a signal into the first input to make that signal control the voltage addition/subtraction.
