Great strings
I have used these strings on all my basses for decades!!
I gig professionally as a bass player! Played my first gig 56 years ago!!
My main bass is a Sire P7 5-string, and my spare/practice bass is a Sire V7 5-string.
I also have a Fender '75 Jazz Reissue 4-string, a Fender Squire Protone series P/J 4-string, a G&L USA L1505 5-string and a Martin acoustic 4-string in mahogany.
It was time to put some fresh strings on both of the Sires!!
I was also impressed with the shipping as I ordered late Thursday night (early Friday morning) Pacific time, and the order came Saturday afternoon!!

Why Boomers...
Excellent sound.. tone.. easy to put on because of the narrower headstock end..n.. last 4ever...overall an excellent string.. tried others... always come back to GHS Boomers... every time
Great strings.
My favorite strings. Use them on my 5 string and my 4 string. Always consistant and seem to last awhile, although I change my strings alot. Recommended.

The last few times I've changed the strings on my bass I've gone with Boomers; I love them.
I used them all the time when I was younger as they were pretty much the go-to back in the 80's but got away from them for whatever reason. I decided to give them a try again and was not disappointed.
This a my new favorite bass strings!
Have a nice feel, sound and I personally like that the E and A strings are a little thicker than most string sets with similar gauges on the D and G. Red wrap looks nice also.
