My new favorite guitar
Before purchasing the '59 Reissue ES-335, I'm not sure I truly understood how good an electric guitar could be. I haven't put it down since it arrived. Straight out of the box, the setup was 99%. The only thing I had to do was balance out the humbucker pole pieces for the sound I wanted. Otherwise everything feels perfect. The neck is just thick enough, the sound just vintage enough, the ultra light aging just aged enough. Everything is at that sweet spot that says to me "I'm YOUR guitar". To top it off, the service I got from my Sweetwater rep Bryan, was the best. If you're on the fence, call Bryan, he'll take care of you. Now… I need to stop typing and get back to playing my ES.
