The Mojotone ’58 Quiet Coil HSS Strat Prewired Pickguard with ’58 Clone humbucker has been engineered to bring back all the vintage sparkle of 1950s-era Strat pickups with the versatile punch modern players require. You get low-torque CTS potentiometers, a Switchcraft jack, and a CRL 5-way switch for dialing in just the right voicing. The output of the three pickups is fastidiously balanced. And when you need it, the bridge humbucker provides the extra girth necessary for longer sustain and enhanced impact.

I've always loved Strat tone, but never the dreaded 60-cycle hum so these noiseless pups take care of that well. I'e had other noiseless single-coils, but none preserved the chime and full range like these do. Being able to bring in the neck on switch positions 1&2 and the bridge on positions 4&5 is very cool.The famous Gilmour Blakc Strat could do that, but with just an on0off toggle, but this feature uses a tone pot so one can blend in just the amount they like. And I had questions about the pickgaurd and the Tech Support at Mojotone has been tip-top.

I bought a Sire to make a partscaster w/roasted neck I had…but was not happy w/stock "vintage" pups…so I took a swing at this Mojotone HSS.
Exactly what I think a Fender should sound like with no ice picking screech, just tone for days…

Easy set up
I am very happy with this mojo tone. It was exactly what I was looking for and the set up was super easy. There really is no soldering required. If you are looking to change your set up or upgrade your guitar, this is a great product to use. It is great for beginners who don't have experience in soldering and wiring. The directions for set up tells you how to do everything.
