Alhambra 4 Z CTW Student Acoustic-electric Nylon-string Classical Guitar - Natural Reviews
After 50 years of making authentic and professional Spanish acoustic guitars, Alhambra decided to celebrate by introducing the 4 Z CTW, a balanced model with a uniquely varied tone. Built with cedar and ziricote tonewoods, this acoustic makes for a tight yet deep tone with an exclusive Spanish kick. The addition of appointments such as a melamine nut and saddle, a natural gloss finish, and an active Fishman preamp define this guitar as stylish and high performing. If you have yet to experience the quality, comfort, and sound of an Alahambra, then the 4 Z CTW is a perfect place to start.

not worth the price
I ordered this guitar back in November and finally received it in March. (They were making it in Spain.) I loved the way it looked on the website, and I was super stoked to finally get my first new classical guitar. (I've been playing a used Yamaha CG 150S since 1988). The Alhambra was such a disappointment. The fit and finish were superb, and it was the lightest guitar I had ever held. Playability was excellent. However, it sounded brittle. It did not produce the deep, round notes like my $ Yamaha. I understand that guitars get better over time as they are played, so I took that into account. Had this guitar cost $, I probably would have kept it, but it just did not sound like a $ guitar. I ended up returning it and ordering an Alvarez Yairi which should be arriving this week. Shout out to Matt S. who is my sales engineer. If it were not for his outstanding customer service, the Alhambra would likely have been my last purchase from Sweetwater.
