Works for Jackson American Series Soloist SL3

By Socal Buckeye from Ventura County on August 16, 2023 Music Background: Nearly 30 years of pickin & grinnin', shreddin', and jammin' at the amateur level.

This is the case Jackson SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED with their American Series Soloist SL3 guitars. Those foam filled guitar cases are a joke, and a ridiculous area to cut costs for a $ guitar. This case was ordered shortly after buying my Jackson American Series Soloist SL3 Electric Guitarin Satin Slime Green, and the guitar fits great, as it should, and NO FOAM! Shout out to my sales engineer, Nick Rice, for getting this to me in one day the killer Sweetwater warehouse in Arizona to SoCal. One day and delivered on a Saturday!

Perfect!!

Fits my Jackson Dinky perfect!Fast shipping.

Jackson ATA case

By Kip Gallagher from North Port, FL on June 1, 2023

Some cool features not mentioned in the description. If you buy more than one they interlock the the feet on the bottom of the case fits exactly 2 the indented parts Of the front of the case. Nice for travel. Latches are very cool with extra buttons under Latches to prevent accidentally opening. It's not exact fit (soloist /dinky)inside the top body cutaway is oversized but other wise very snug inside

PERFECT!!

Best Case For Jackson Dinky

By Joseph Sumner on July 1, 2022

It's great, what more can you say about a case that's molded for your specific guitar?

There is a slight amount of wiggle room but it holds my Jackson Dinky most excellently and the neck support is great.

A Jackson Juggernaut will fit in this!

If you're ever wondering whether or not the Misha Mansoor Jackson signature guitar will fit in this case the answer is yes.

Love the case fits my Kelly very comfortably.... Thanks again for your fast service and quick delivery

Great protection abd storage

By Sweetwater Customer on March 11, 2021

One of my main gripes with molded cases is that most dont have storage space but this has more than enough for all the equipment I bring with me not to mention it's the most substantial case I own.

Perfect Fit For Charvel DK Models

By Matthew from Saint Paul on October 8, 2020 Music Background: Tone Chaser Hobbyist

I purchased this case with my Charvel DK22 (which comes with no case). It's a perfect fit. Like a glove. Big thanks to my sales engineer, Joel Helton, in helping me match a case with the guitar. His knowledge and professionalism is unmatched.

Great case

By Rob from USA on April 14, 2019 Music Background: Amateur

Fits my Jackson Soloist perfectly and snug. Looks like the case is made by SKB, as I have one for an Ibanez that looks identical. Well worth the price.

Solid Case

By Sweetwater Customer on December 5, 2018

This Jackson case perfectly fits my 7 string dinky! No cons.

Good case

By Greg Nelson from Northport, AL on November 28, 2018 Music Background: Amateur songwriter

Good case...edges are flush, locks down tight, and the guitar doesnt budge a inch when its closed...fits upright or inverted headstock.
No more wrapping the guitar up in walmart bags and rubber bands.
Papa's got a brand new bag.

Perfect fit for my Jackson.

By David Soreano from Alabama on February 14, 2018

I love this guitar case. It is rock solid, TSA approved locks and plush on the inside. I was slightly hesitant about buying this case, because I have Dunlop strap locks and they are quite a bit longer than the "stock" strap holders that come on my Jackson. The guitar fits in here perfectly! I highly recommend this case.

Jackson Dinky/Soloist Case

Fits my Jackson J32 Dinky perfect.

Fits JS22-7 Dinky beautifully!!!

By Nathaniel Thornton from Beaverton, OR on August 16, 2016 Music Background: recluse, genius, and scary looking

I was worried about the extra head stock reach on the 7, it's snug but it fits. The case is gorgeous, tough and completely use-able(form & function together), I f'ing love it. Will buy another for my other Jackson. The inside has luxurious muppet fur I just like petting to let it know it's doing good tricks and 2 recessed accessory squarish zones with extensions in the lid that kinda seal or at least keep the stuff from messing up the muppet fur, I still brush it though, just in case ;) Love...this...case...

Great case!

By Adam Hyman from Murrells Inlet, SC on August 14, 2016 Music Background: Home studio solo musician

I first ordered a generic case for my soloist-it would not fit-so with the help of Drew Foster he hooked me up with this one and it is a perfect fit. Rock solid. When you place your guitar in it and close the case it feels like you've locked your guitar in a bank vault :)

Fits Ibenez RG 321M

By paul miller from redondo beach, CA on January 20, 2016

I bought this case for a MIJ 2011 Charvel Socal, but sadly it did NOT fit. The heal of the neck rides up on top of the cases neck support, so the Socal's body is to long for this case. I also have an Ibanez RG321m,(6 string) and that guitar fit pretty much dead on, so I ended up keeping the case.
Case Quality: Its super light, yet strong enough for gigs/rehearsal. The latching system blows the old standard latches systems away. If your case fell out of your truck at hwy speeds, the case would survive, and with the new latching system would most likely remain in its locking position. At this price point its a great deal.

'nuff said

By Tim V from Chicago on January 13, 2016 Music Background: student, hobbyist

Light, strong, and durable. They stack nicely when you own several of them, which everyone should.

Awesome Case!

By James C from Las Vegas on December 11, 2015

This case is very durable and well made. It has TSA locks built in which is great for travel. I highly recommend this case for Dinky / Soloist guitars!

Works great!

By Tom from Northeast on September 8, 2015 Music Background: teacher

This is much like the SKB cases I've been using for years.

The edges and corners have protruding ridges to help protect the main seam. The latches won't damage your guitar like metal latches can, and the TSA lock is a really nice feature if you travel by air.

Inside, the main cavity fits the Jackson Soloist body perfectly - whether it has a standard or reverse headstock.

The two smaller cavities provide plenty of room for other gear. I use one to store my strap and the other to store a small mesh bag that holds the tremolo bar, hex wrenches, spare spring, picks, and tuner. (You can find these bags in the school supplies section of various retail stores.)

Another cool feature is the addition of pockets on one side and protrusions on the opposite side which interlock (like Legos) to keep these cases form sliding on one another if you stack them together.

I consider this design an "upgrade" when comparing it to the previous style Jackson hard shell cases. Well done!

best case ever

By mark Thomas from wyoming on March 11, 2015 Music Background: lead guitarist,

Fantastic case one of the best for your jackson dinkys, and a great price and free shipping, if your looking for a case for your Jackson dinky, this I the only way to go, best solid case ever bar none, thanks sweetwater

Solid and surprisingly light

By Kevin Haug from Granite Bay, CA on January 4, 2015 Music Background: Hobbyist

I really like this case. It is extremely solid and durable, seals very well and has 3 latches that feel like they would withstand a bullet. What I like even more is that it is relatively light and easy to carry compared to most hard cases. I'm not sure I understand the review about "open pockets" and things falling out. There are 2 pocket areas that completely seal when you close the lid (there is a raised area in the lid that seals down into each compartment). No worries there!

outstanding

By clyde miller from shelton washington usa on November 26, 2014 Music Background: hobbyist

I bought this case from sweetwater and I couldn't be more happy its built well and fits my guitar perfect its a awesome case bought 2 for other jacksons we have and they don't come close to the quality of this one GC sucks on cases in a nutshell its quality and price is reasonable and they shipped it free and customer service is just awesome they called me to make sure it fit and was working for me 5 stars to sweetwater one of the best company's to do business with thanks again

I purchased for USA Jackson Juggernaut HT7

By James Bates from Dupont, WA on September 24, 2019

This guitar case will fit a USA Jackson Juggernaut HT7 snuggly. The only thing to be mindful of is when you are putting your guitar away in this case you'll want to be conscious of the top horn of the guitar. The horn that has the Dunlop strap lock button. The way that I put the guitar away is by making sure that the guitar horn with the dunlop strap lock button goes in first. The other strap lock button that sits on the bottom of the guitar will fall into place naturally and the case actually has a nice little slit for it. The neck of the guitar doesn't sit perfectly at the bottom of the case but the top padding makes up for it. I even shook the guitar case around with my prized juggernaut inside of it and couldn't hear any rattling of the guitar. I opened up the case just to make sure the guitar didn't shift and it most definitely stayed.

Good case

By Dan from Massachusetts on March 19, 2019 Music Background: Guitarist for 21 years

Tad pricey, but not much more so than other brands. At least guaranteed to fit a Jackson. Fits both my 6 and 7 string guitars. Quality material, padded inside and has locking feature. Good pockets for misc items (strings, picks, tuners) inside as well.

superb protection

By JOE C. from Bethlehem,pa. on October 9, 2015 Music Background: guitar builder&player \m/

first i will start off by saying i do like the original JCC921 case Jackson had up until a few years ago.however i really like the open headstock area(in this new designed case) and the way the neck rests in the case,,,the heavy duty latches have a good feel to them and hope will last indefinitely..the rubber grip handle is very comfortable to grab onto for lugging your axe everywhere..overall a great product and very well made,,no wonder they run out of stock so fast!

great for a pc1

By Izzy from United States on January 2, 2012 Music Background: Guitarist

great case to keep your prize possession in.

Jackson Hardshell Case

By Mike from Wilsonville, OR on October 15, 2018

It's a great case - fits my Jackson perfectly. Deep pockets for storage and the interior is plush. Guitar feels safe and snug. The outside looks sharp - both professional and rugged. It's also very well-balanced for easy carrying. I'm very happy with it! Great job!

A good home for my soloist

By Neal Gaylor from Warren, Mi. on September 21, 2012 Music Background: Semi-pro musician

A great case. Looks good, feels solid. My soloist fits perfectly and there's some space for accessories. Good choice. I'd give it a 6, but I'm a little leary of molded cases.

JACKSON DINKY/SOLOIST CASE

By craig andrew newton from United States on December 15, 2012 Music Background: PRO MUSICIAN/SONGWRITER

THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR A NICE GUITAR. HAVING SAID THAT, THE PRICE OF $149.99 IS WHAT REALLY BRINGS THE STARS DOWN. DON'T GET ME WRONG, IT IS A NICE CASE BUT THERE IS NO COMPARTMENT THAT CLOSES, SO BASICALLY WHATEVER YOU PUT IN THERE IS WIDE OPEN. I MUCH PREFER A CASE WITH A COMPARTMENT THAT CLOSES DOWN AND HAS A BUTTON THAT KEEPS IT CLOSED!!!!!

Disappointing

By Erik Adams on February 2, 2018 Music Background: Hobbyist

I bought this case for my SL1 Soloist thinking it would offer a little more protection than the factory Jackson case. I wasn"t expecting anything too impressive at the price point, just a nice upgrade. Unfortunately, it"s not. I will say that the latches are certainly nicer, but that"s about it. The hinges are no stronger, and there is no more protection around the guitar. The case halves actually don"t fit together as well as the factory case; they are sprung at the corners. The final deal breaker for me was when I put the guitar in the case and I had to squeeze the lid down by about 3 inches. I don"t like the idea of significant pressure on the guitar. I have an SKB 3i case (different guitar) and it"s like a vault; the guitar fits nice and snug with minimal movement and without being squeezed. The 3i is made in the USA and almost twice as much, but it"s 10 times the case. If you already have one of the better factory Jackson cases (like what comes with an SL1) forget this one and save your money. I"m waiting for an SKB 3i that fits my Soloist.
