Outstanding!
I've had her for a good week now, and this Taylor 217e-SB Plus LTD 50th-anniversary is a wonderful guitar. Among all the other Taylors I own (714ce, T5Z, 210, 2 GS Mini's and Academy 12), this guitar has a voice all it's own. It was well worth every penny of the purchase. The amenities from the fretboard to the sound hole are a very nice touch. The tone in particular was new to me and a bit brighter with great adjustments with the built in ES-2 system. The Torrefied Sitka Spruce was a nice touch too. The D'Addario XS Coated Light, .012-.053 is new to me but I really like what I hear. As expected, it holds a wonderful sustain too. I certainly got more than my money's worth with this guitar.
