Beautiful guitar
I have been playing for over 25 years and this is the first Taylor guitar I have ever purchased. I have wanted one since I played the 324ce Builders Edition. With the over 3k price tag I never thought I would be able to justify that cost. I also played a natural 214ce DLX and found it played nearly as well for half the cost. I found this one and the same tobacco burst as my favorite Epiphone Shereton Pro and fell in love. After having Sweetwater do some work to the guitar in my opinion it plays and sounds equal to, if not better, than the 324ce, what a gorgeous looking and sounding guitar. Thank you so much Andrew and all those awesome techs for their exemplary work.

I bought this guitar about five months ago and have played it every single day since then. I am thrilled with this guitar and love everything about it- the size, the look, the neck, the sound- everything. I'm also a big fan of the Elixer strings- they last forever and feel great. Perfect
I live where it's not uncommon have single digit humidities, bitter cold winters and hot very dry summers. The stability and robustness of laminated back and sides were a preference for me given where I live and how I use the guitar. . After playing this 214, I'm giving up nothing. It sounds absolutely amazing. The set up out of the box was exceptional and I wouldn't change a thing. It plays like a dream. The build quality is excellent and it looks great too. Great Guitar
This was my first experience with Sweetwater and I am both completely impressed and happy with the experience. My sales rep was David Winkert and he was great. I was debating between the Taylor 214ce, Taylor 314ce and the Martin 00017. Having played both Taylors and I generally preferred the 214 and also found the sound between the two so subtle that I did not make a a difference. I had no opportunity to play the Martin, but David's advise was spot on and right. The set up system at Sweetwater was terrific and knowing I do not play with a pic their string recommendation was right on target. I initial went to Guitar Center near where I live and the customer experience was not close to Comparable. Thank you Sweetwater--you have made a friend and a continuing customer
Beautiful Guitar in Every Way!
Thank you Sweetwater! I really like my new guitar! It has a beautiful sound, and looks beautiful as well! I have played enough to know that I really like Taylor, and when I couldn't find a Taylor guitar in my price range, I noticed these guys online. I checked out the reviews and they were all good, so I gave them a call. Best decision!! The customer service is on point! Jon was very decent, helpful, and informative! He even gave me a discount to keep it in my price range, which was very appreciated! It was really nice to talk to someone who knew their stuff, and could help you pick what you wanted, especially right now when a lot of guitars aren't in stock where you can play them yourself to see what you like. Perfect guitar!
This is the second guitar that I have owned. I've been playing for a little over a year and I have learned all of what I know on my previous Thinline guitar. I was afraid the Taylors GA body shape would be too big of a depth for me, but after some thinking I concluded that it would be great. And I was right! The guitar is super comfortable to play, the neck plays effortlessly, and the sound out of this GA model is ground-shaking. Plugged in, it sounds just as amazing! I just love the gorgeous Tobacco Sunburst Top & the crisp balanced sound out of this guitar. It looks like I'll be playing this guitar for a while! Huge thanks to Parker Denny for making sure this guitar got shipped out & helping me with the process of ordering! Great customer service as always from Sweetwater!

Own the taylor for about 2 months justed starting to play action at the 12th fret way to high I thought the guitar would've been set up better overall it sounds good action is terrible
