Removable Nitrile Sleeve for Pick Grip

You play with passion and you want a pick that won’t leave your fingers when you’re really digging in. The Fender Mojo Grip is a nitrile rubber sleeve that slides over your pick and provides the kind of secure, non-slip surface that keeps your pick in your fingers. The Mojo Grip also adds a bit of thickness to a classic 351 shape, giving you that little extra that makes playing even more comfortable. The Mojo Grip is also removable, so when a pick wears out, simply remove the sleeve and slide it over a new pick — a feature we really appreciate here at Sweetwater.

Grip & Tone!

By RSimmons from New Mexico

I spent a couple of years trying countless picks and was so happy when I finally got my forefinger and thumb on one of these. I have some severe arthritis in my right thumb which makes holding onto traditional picks quite a challenge.
First off the rubber cover provides a nice grippy and wider base to hold onto. After a week or so the rubber warms up and breaks in making it even grippier.
Secondly, the thickness is absolutely perfect for both electric and acoustic strings. This is the one pick that allows me to control the tone easily with the right hand. It's not too light, not too heavy. Great for strumming or hitting individual notes.

Spinning and Dropping Picks Stopped

By Sweetwater Customer from New Bern, NC
Music Background: Player for 55 years, now teach guitar.

I've been using Mojo pick "holders" since before Fender bought them out. Fender knew a great product when they saw it. You can insert ANY similar sized pick of your choice into these. These rubberized grip enhancers almost totally solve two problems that plague most guitarists, dropping picks and having the pick rotate in your fingers as you play.

The only drawbacks to using this neat invention are: 1. The rubber will eventually tear at the edge, making the pick loose. (I fixed one with Superglue, and it's still holding a year later.) and 2. Because of the added thickness of this rubber, I find more "precise" picking has the challenge of hitting the adjacent string by accident. In other words, I am having to adjust my more precise picking a little because of the width of the pick. It takes some getting used to.

But I don't drop picks any more, and the pick never rotates in my hand as I play, two BIG benefits!
Highly recommended.

Much more control

By Tom H. from Louisville, Ky
Music Background: Play in and around Louisville, many yrs.

I've been wetting (saliva) my picks for 55 yrs! Once you get used to the thickness of this grip you'll have much more control of your pick while playing. All I can say is my on stage picking has very much improved! This .58mm I use is made of Delrin, to me a little stiffer than most picks. Taking time to write this because I love MOJO GRIPS. I own 15 of them.
