Worthless!
This thing is useless. If you can even get it under the pin it has too much give and the pin slips out. Tried a few times and the plastic on the tool chips with each slip which then chews up the pins and scuffs your bridge. I'm glad I tried it on my cheap parlor guitar I keep laying around and not my nice Martin.
Only $ so not worth going through the process of returning but I am beyond disappointed with this tool.
Just get a 9v battery, go in the sound hole with one hand and apply pressure to the bottom of the pin. Apply counter pressure on the bridge with the other hand. Pin should pop right out.
