Concerned beginner,
After I searched for the guitar that I wanted, I needed to select from whom to buy it. Looking locally did not work for me so I began searching the internet. My investigations eventually landed me with the "Sweetwater" video. The attention and many steps given to the guitars when received from a mfg. soon reduced my concerns with whom to buy and the shipping. Being able to see actual pictures of the guitar and being able to select from the inventory, along with the many inspections steps, knowing someone tuned / played this guitar and the care that is given when repacked resulted in my concerns being addressed. Within a very short time after placing my order I received a personal follow up phone call from Jay (my team member). This conversation confirmed I made a good choice (Taylor 114 CE acoustic) for me as well as the additional satisfaction that I selected right vendor to make my purchase. I am sure time could have been save if I found Sweetwater early in my search but very happy to have found them.
