I have always used Zildjian cymbals since I could afford a decent cymbal. Thought I would try Sabians. The hi hats give a nice chick sound. Beautiful cymbals to look at. Good for all uses jazz and rock etc.

Some of the Best Hi-Hats Ever Made
Sabian and Dave Weckl designed some of the best cymbals when they created the HHX Evolution line. These are some of the best hi-hats ever made across any brand IMO. Not only do they sound great, but they feel amazing. You don't have to play them hard to get more out of them. They sit great in the mix. Not too dark, and with the brilliant finish, not too bright. The hammering makes them very unique. Very well-designed. Love 'em.
