The exact footswitch I needed
The Fender Acoustasonic amplifier I own calls for a specific footswitch. The part number is listed in the owners manual. Sweetwater had the correct and exact footswitch I needed. It works great and adds a new dimension to the amp. The footswitch was shipped quickly and the price was very fair. It came with a long chord allowing placement of the footswitch where you need it. I am very glad Sweetwater had it in stock.
Doesn’t work with older Acoustasonic Amps
I'm sure this is a great footswitch for the correct amps. I'm only giving it a review to allow others to learn from my experience with it. I have an older Acoustasonic Jr. amp from the early to mid 2000's. This switch doesn't work with that amp. It looks like it should work and switches are labeled correctly, but that's not the case.
Does not work
Only one light comes on. Footswitch does not turn off effects or alternate them. You push the mic switch and the instrument switch comes on. I've been sent two and both do the same thing. The footswitch is a gag switch.
