Great case for Guild 1512
The guitar came with a very high end. pro quality, gig bag, and I tried to be comfortable using it as permanent storage for the guitar, but I was never comfortable with it. That said, I decided to purchase a hard shell case. Sweetwater, as usual, had the perfect solution, a Guild case made specifically for the guitar. The hardware is well made the tolex is well done, the lining, in Guild Green, is high quality, and the case has a built in humidifier. I haven't used the humidifier as I live on the coast and humidity is plentiful. I use the D'Addario humidipak system on all of my acoustics, keeping them a balanced +/- 50%. Anyway, beautiful case that should serve me for many years.
Demo case
I ordered a reduced price demo. Described as a tear in the tolex covering. TINY NICK! Beautiful case, very sturdy and perfect fit. SW overstated the damage, not noticible or functional issue. Very pleased. THX SW!
This Case will Fit a Guild BT-240E Baritone Guitar
It is annoying that the Guild BT-240E Baritone guitar does not come with a case or gig bag, but refreshing to find out that this case will fit this guitar. So if anyone else wants to get a case for their Guild Baritone guitar, this is it.
Solid Well Built Guild Jumbo Case
I had bought an F-1512 12-string jumbo that came with a soft padded case. I wanted something more sturdy and wanted to keep things 'Guild'. This case is solid, fits the F-1512 like a glove.

Fits my Guild F250e jumbo body like a glove. It also perfectly fits my 1979 Hohner HG710 jumbo as well definitely getting a second one soon and thank you Paul for all your help.
Best quality humidified arch-top case for acoustic guitars on the market, and a great price to boot
What more can I say? The title says it all. Humidifed cases are typically quite expensive. This one isn't, and it has one of the best and simplest humidification systems as well. Additionally, it has an arched top, which is so critical for avoiding damage on impact as well as avoiding too much stress on the strings, bridge, and nut, while storing even flat-top guitars.
As Guild is now owned by Cordoba, I don't know if this corresponds to one that Cordoba offers (or if they even offer one like this). If so, it would be interesting to compare features and price. I've always loved the Guild logo anyway, as my first acoustic guitar (decades ago) was a Guild.
Be aware that there are two Guild cases that are similar but slightly different in size. Sweetwater does a great job of listing compatible models. When it doubt, simply consult your sales rep.
I bought this for the Guild deluxe version of their budget 12-string guitar, and it's a perfect fit. 12-string guitars are particularly fragile, so I wanted the best case possible.
beautiful case
This case fit my old Recording King Archtop with a jumbo body. The humidifier is a nice feature to proivde care to the instrument. Salesman Dan helped me figure out the right case for the size of the guitar which I wouldn't have been able to figure out without support. Thanks.

The problem with technology is how do you turn it on
For fit and finish, one couldn't ask for better. Now, as for the humidifier, there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how this thing which for all the world looks like a round bar of soap, inside its own dedicated compartment, actually works or if it needs for me to act on it in any way. Perhaps I'm just showing my age, but I found myself holding this thing in my hands, looking at it like a monkey holding a ball point pen, knowing it works somehow, but confused as to how. There is no book "Humidifiers for Dummies."

Very nice case
Bought this case for a Guild F2512 E and it fits perfectly. Very plush and really attractive case both inside and out. The humidifier is a bonus, dense sponge that holds a lot of water without leaking. Highly recommended, thanks Cody Kraus.
Nice Case for a Concert Guitar
My Guild GF60 fits nicely in this case, but I bought it for my Lowden F12. A good fit for that as well.

I own a Guild GF 60 which fits nicely in this case, but I bought this box for my Lowden F-12. It's sturdy case to protect my instrument and the built-in humidifier is a nice touch. My order shipped quickly and arrived undamaged.
Bought this for a Guild F-250CE — fits great.
Bought this for a Guild F-250CE — fits great. Definitely recommended. The only slight problem is that the strap that holds the lid up is slightly short so the lid likes to fall down when you're taking the guitar in or out of the case. Those metal clasp parts are a menace to guitar finishes everywhere so I took off a star for that. Also, the humidifier seems a little gimmicky and like it will break quickly. Otherwise, great case. Way better than the Gator one we tried out and returned.
A little disappointed, but it will do!
I'm used to buying Taylor cases that are in the same price range. Compared to them this case is thinner and the hardware is flimsy. The humidifier disk is a joke. It's just a small, very low capacity sponge that is almost useless. If you value your guitar and want it to protect it from dry air in the winter, invest in the D'Addario humidifying system in addition. This case will do the job, it was just a bit disappointing at the price point. But it's still much better than a gig bag!
Don’t buy it for the humidification feature
This is a nice, sturdy case with a nice plush interior. The "humidifier" is a joke. It's a round two inch sponge that will not do a good job of humidifying a dry guitar, and will do nothing to reverse an over humidity condition. If you care about your guitar, do not use this sponge system and buy a good DiAddario humidifier. It holds case humidity at 40% and will work both ways for both dry or moist conditions. It will also last months, this sponge system will last only days in the winter when you need it.
