Rashi Brown
My Name is Rashi Brown, and I am excited to be joining the Sales Engineer team at Sweetwater Sound!
I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Detroit, Michigan at a very young. age. I spent majority of my life around music, I've attended a performing arts school for about ten years durning grade school. I played violin for about seven years and sung in choir for about three years. At the age of 14, I decided to part ways with my instrument and decided to really hone my skills in Music Production and Rapping. I've been making beats in FL Studio since I was eight years old, but it was time to take it seriously.
While making beats and writing songs in high school, I dipped into recording myself and learned Pro Tools. Soon after that, I went to college at Western Michigan University for Multimedia Arts Technology in Music. There, I worked to further my expertise in audio engineering and music production, while gaining knowledge in video production, live production and audio programming.
I am now a recent 2022 graduate of WMU and I am proud to be at Sweetwater! I love Marvel and Star Wars, so I would love to chat about that anytime. I never been to Disney World so if someone has a free Disney voucher lock me in!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.
