Michael Riefsnyder
Michael Riefsnyder
Hi, I’m Michael Riefsnyder, and I’m proud to serve as the School Relationship Manager for South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and most of Georgia. As I approach my 30th year in music education and school services, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside countless educators, students, and families. My journey has taken me into classrooms across the region, where I’ve witnessed firsthand how transformative music can be—especially when recruitment is strong, parents are engaged, and students have access to the right instruments.
I’m deeply committed to supporting music educators and building lasting, meaningful connections with the communities we serve. I believe every student deserves to feel valued, supported, and empowered on their musical journey—and I’m here to help make that happen through compassionate service and hands-on support.
As one of the School Relationship Managers here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
