Born in the sun-kissed city of San Diego and nurtured in the vibrant streets of Los Angeles, my life has always been a melody woven through creativity. Growing up amidst a chorus of artistic souls in the entertainment industry, I discovered my passion for music early on, initially exploring the enchanting world of woodwind instruments in middle school. As I honed my skills as a DJ, I simultaneously delved into the realms of Drama and Theater Arts, earning a bachelor's degree that deepened my appreciation for performance and storytelling.
My journey kicked off in a bustling local nightclub, where the pulse of the crowd ignited a spark within me. It was here I learned that music is not just sound, but a profound connection that transcends boundaries. With over 20 years as a touring DJ, I’ve had the incredible privilege of sharing the stage with industry titans like Steve Aoki, Dave Aude, Richard Vission, and Chris Cox. My unique blend of classic tracks and contemporary hits creates a vibrant synergy that keeps audiences dancing and captivated.
Beyond the decks, my 17+ years in retail music sales have only deepened my love for helping others find their perfect sound. I can’t wait to connect with you and guide you to the ideal gear that fits your musical journey. Let’s create some magic together!

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Drama and Theatre Arts, with a focus on stagecraft, from Long Beach City College, where I immersed myself in the art of storytelling and performance, bringing characters to life and mastering the intricacies of stage design.

Family info:
Adopted at just one month old into a loving family, I grew up as their only child. Fast forward 36 years, and I’m grateful to have reconnected with my biological family, including my mother and two wonderful sisters, enriching my life with new bonds and shared experiences

I enjoy being a part of the Sweetwater team here because of the diverse group of people from, literally all over the world and being in such a creative environment with unique people.

additionally I stopped in the store yesterday afternoon with my wife on the way back to Indy from Mackinaw Island. Matt Christopherson came down to give us the full tour (nice job). The last time I visited your store was at the 25yr anniversary celebration. Saw Tower of Power at the F.W. Theater on a Friday nite, stayed the nite and came to the store for the festivities on Saturday. I remember Chuck's wife by her lonesome, trying to cut the huge anniversary cake into pieces for the entire crowd, and my wife jumping up there to help her. Everyone was so excited and it felt like a family Bday party. Wow what a great themed layout it has all grown into. Employee oriented too, which I believe turns into happy customers on the receiving end of their great attitudes. My compliments and huge thanks to Chuck and all of you for all that you do for the music industry! I wish my first wife could have lived to see it, but my new wife was absolutely impressed and so thankful for the kindness extended to us. Thanks again and please pass it along to Chuck.
