Jordan Garrett
Jordan Garrett
My initial inspiration to pursue music came from my father's collection of records. At age 10 I picked up the guitar. The guitar was my gateway into an obsession with musical instruments and pro audio equipment. Within that, I developed a deep love and understanding of musical instruments and the technology drives our industry.
When I was 19 I landed a spot as a recording studio apprentice in St. Louis and would eventually move from apprentice to engineering my own sessions. I had an excellent mentor and my experience working in studios thereafter laid the foundation for my career. I've been fortunate enough to play professionally in live acts and recording sessions with many great players. I've also worked closely with many talented audio engineers.
My main focus, currently, is continuing to develop my skills as a musician and furthering my extensive knowledge in music technology. At Sweetwater, I have the perfect opportunity to hone that skillset and help others realize their personal and professional music goals. Within that, I have also built connections with studios, live venues and touring/event companies around the country. Recently, my work has included working with educational institutions and houses of worship as well. In 2021, I joined Sweetwater's House of Worship Team to better serve those customers. Regardless of the size, or specific application of the project, I feel I can be a great resource.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!
