James Wroblewski
James Wroblewski
I'm a multi-instrumentalist that specializes in string instruments as well as live sound/recording. From an early age I was interested in playing an instrument and picked up the violin. After a few years of playing my parents got me my first guitar and from then on I was locked in with string instruments. I ended up playing in local bands and touring acts throughout my teenage years. After a few years of playing every weekend and traveling I found myself being more pulled towards capturing audio vs gigging. That's when I attended Full Sail University and earned my B.S. in Recording Arts. This gave me hands on experience with large studio standard equipment and not only experience with music production but post production work as well.
With everything I have experienced I'm sure I will be a great asset to help you!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Describe the most dramatic situation in which you provided the Sweetwater Difference for a customer, or the most unusual/creative solution to a customer's problem:
Once we had an order that was being drop shipped that ended up coming to us and arriving here a day before it was needed in Texas. The package was a few hundred pounds all together and needed to be overnight-ed but was over the weight limit. So I came up with the plan to separate all of individual pieces to bring it under the weight limit. We got the order overnight-ed and there in time for the customer.

James went above and beyond with helping me to select a guitar a few times now! For my most recent purchase he called me the day they came into stock and even sent me several photos of a few different versions of the guitar to help me select one. Glad to have him as my rep! Also love Sweetwater as a company in general, amazing selection 99% of the time and clearly an amazing staff.

James provided me with excellent customer support. I'm not a guitar player and wanted to purchase one for my grandson. I had an idea of what I wanted, but James filled in all the blanks for me to make sure I got everything I needed. I really appreciate his help and all around guitar knowledge with my purchase. He even called me back, shortly after my purchase, to let me know I selected the wrong amp cable for the guitar and he changed it before the purchase was final! By the way, my grandson will really enjoy the little bags of candy provided with the guitar! That was special, thanks..
