There are so many reasons why GearFest is the top music gear festival by a mile. Our favorite part, though? YOU. Thanks to our amazing customers, the past two days have been the highlight of our year, and we’re already counting down to GearFest 2020. Who’s with us?
We all wish we could press rewind and relive the most awesome moments from GearFest 2019. We’ve compiled a recap here so that you can see again the new gear that was unveiled, replay the most riveting performances and informative demos, and look back on all the cool stuff we made happen together.
This year’s GearFest welcomed well over 15,000 gear fanatics to Sweetwater’s hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana, from across the US.
Over 500 manufacturers were on hand to present their products, giving our guests hands-on demonstrations, answering their questions, and giving away plenty of swag.
Our livestream brought expert panels, awe-inspiring performances, and informative clinics to our friends around the world, so no one had to miss a single second of the action happening around our campus. Click below to relive it all.
WATCH VIDEOSOver $30,000 worth of gear was given away through our on-site and online drawings. That means that over 300 happy visitors walked away with guitars, microphones, synths, accessories, and more — just for showing up.
See The WinnersWhen they weren’t scoring free gear, GearFest visitors were getting great deals at rock-bottom, on-site-only prices in our ever-popular DealZone. These offerings, along with our GearFest Sale online, allow us to get more gear into the hands of enthusiastic music makers and to thank you all for being a part of GearFest 2019, no matter where you are.
SHOP NOWMany of the manufacturers at this year’s GearFest gave guests a glimpse of brand-new products, like the Supro Galaxy tube combo amp, Arturia KeyLab 88 MKII, Caparison Guitars Dellinger bass, Hughes& Kettner Black Spirit 200, and many more.
Some of our favorite free workshops and performances of all time were hosted by clinicians and celebrities such as Steve Vai, Ricky Skaggs, Eric Johnson, and many others.
