Chris Sadler
Chris Sadler
I started off as a kid just eager to create. I would find software to edit videos and make mixes on my family’s computer. From then on, I was aware that creation was turning into a passion. From fifth grade all through high school, I played in orchestra and marching band. I’ve been mixing in DAWs since I was 10, and I now make records and gig semi-frequently. I like to make electronic and hip-hop music. From 2014 to 2018, I was in a rap group named Dirty Kicks, which got buzz through Cleveland. I produced a majority of our projects, which should still be available out there on the Internet. From 2018 to the present, I have been doing solo work and collaborations with other bands and artists. I enjoy the growth that comes from working with others.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Why did you first apply for a job at Sweetwater?
I’d worked at a warehouse doing 3D printing for six years when a lady who worked for Audio-Technica was hired for sales. Upon greeting her, she tells me that I need to work in the music industry. I mentioned my love of Sweetwater, and that night I applied. The rest is history.
-
Technical strengths:
I am great at building computers! I’ve been doing it since my teenage years.
-
Instruments you play:
Keyboard, electric guitar, drums, baritone horn, trombone, pretty much everything but the saxophone
-
Other stuff we should know about you (hobbies, talents, interests, etc.):
I love to skateboard! It’s my first love, and it’s what introduced me to music. I spent countless hours playing Tony Hawk, and the soundtracks were always inspiring. I also love to practice martial arts. I have two black belts and a green belt.
-
Real-life hero:
Jackie Chan
-
How would your boss describe you?
As a positive spirit
-
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Sweetwater team?
I love talking about music. I did not grow up around too many musically inclined people, or we would not have the same ideas and tastes. You get a little of every flavor here, and every conversation excites me.
-
Who are some of the notable artists you've worked with?
There’s an artist who hasn’t been in the light lately named Charles Hamilton. We ended up connecting while he was in Cleveland, and we made a track. I believe you can find it if you search “Charles Hamilton and Dirty Kicks.”

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
