YEV-104

Inspired by Yamaha’s outstanding acoustic guitars, the Yamaha YEV-104 is a totally new kind of electric violin. Unlike other electric violins, the YEV-104 is made primarily from wooden materials. These tonewoods are carefully shaped into a curvy, infinity loop–like design which re-creates the shape and size of a traditional violin — without the weight. This elegant design has a standard 1/4-inch output jack so you can use it with effects pedals or your favorite amplifier. What’s more, the YEV-104 has the same bridge pickup as the professional-level Yamaha Silent Violins, which captures a smooth and natural tone with plenty of warmth.

YDS-150 & YDS-120

MS-9414

The Yamaha name is no stranger to parade routes, halftime shows, and drumline competitions. Their new MS-9414 boasts a total redesign to ensure it exceeds the requirements of directors and players. Yamaha subjected this marching snare to extensive torture testing and demos with some of the top Drum Corps International and Winter Guard International groups and artists. It comes with improved hardware for ever greater durability without adding weight that slows a performer down. Plus, each piece of hardware is carefully crafted to lessen weight and preserve tone, thereby increasing a player’s control and cutting down on fatigue.
