Alan Reyes
Alan Reyes
I’ve been playing guitar for well over 20 years and was inspired after hearing the alternative and grunge bands from the ’90s, in particular the Smashing Pumpkins. I ended up learning their two hit albums, and that kicked off my venture into playing music. Ever since then, I’ve been on a constant quest to learn more guitar skills, music theory, and a constant curiosity for gear both vintage and modern.
After getting married in Florida, my wife and I moved to Nashville. Only two years after living there, I landed a job making guitar picks by hand. That led to going to NAMM shows in both LA and Nashville for years to promote the product and supply picks to artists. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting up with Neal Schon, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Tommy Emmanuel, Vernon Reid, Tosin Abasi, Dick Dale, Zakk Wylde, and many more.
Recently, we decided to move closer to my wife’s family in Indiana, and the opportunity at Sweetwater was a great fit.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

I was recommended Sweetwater from a really good friend of mine and I took a good look and was very happy with the selection of products for Serato and Ableton, and the prices were great. Alan really set the experience apart from others. He called me about a product I was interested in, was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. In just a short time I've already made three purchases and intend to make more.

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
