Lamb of God lead singer Randy Blythe was acquitted by a Czech court of manslaughter charges. Blythe was accused of pushing a 19-year-old fan off the stage at a 2010 concert. The fan’s head struck the floor, and he passed away later from his injuries. The Czech court ruled that Blythe did not commit a crime, though they did place moral responsibility on him. The concert promoters were ultimately blamed because they failed to control fans who were climbing onstage.
The prosecutors appealed the decision, and the case will now move to the Czech High Court.
