What do I do if I receive negative feedback?
We know that it can be disappointing and sometimes unexpected to receive negative feedback. That said, keep in mind that the buyer is entitled to express how they feel about the transaction.
The best way to handle these situations is to leave a courteous, public response to the feedback. Any user who may review your account's feedback in the future will see this response in addition to the original feedback.
