Return shipping costs
If an item is being returned without cause, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the buyer paid an initial shipping fee, that amount will not be included in the refund.
However, if an item is being returned because it arrived damaged, defective, or not-as-described, then the seller will be required to pay return shipping costs.
Occasionally, we will need to charge the seller card on file for return/refund costs when seller earnings are not available to cover the amount due.
