Two Questions: Free virtual instruments and Pro tools

A while back I joined the ranks of the unemployed and need to find a source of income to feed my family. I purchased and M-Audio Black box and Pro tools on Ebay a while back when I had resources and until now I really haven't used them. Sinful, I know.
Question 1. Now that I have few resources, Are there free virtual instrument apps that work with Pro Tools?
Question 2. What or are there virtual instruments that come with pro tools 10.
