I am an old guy. I used to have a "rhythm box" --- press the button marked tango, and it plays a tango beat, etc. What is the easiest new drum machine out there? Thanks

The Alesis SR-16 is still pretty much an industry standard, and not difficult to learn at all. I'm tempted to sell mine, but it comes in handy for layered drum/percussion parts.
