Keep Your 500-series Modules On Your Desk!

Want to keep your 500-series modules out of a rack and mobile? Radial's Sixpack holds six 500-series modules in an easy to transport enclosure. The Sixpack, unlike rackmount enclosures, was meant to sit on your desktop, move around the studio, or take it with you to keep your favorite processors at hand when you're recording on site. This easy-to-use unit not only powers your 500-series modules, but allows you to connect them together in a complete signal chain. A convenient handle lets you easily move the Sixpack from place to place. Keep your 500-series modules ready to go with the Radial Sixpack enclosure.

Radial Sixpack 500-series Enclosure at a Glance:
  • Keep your 500-series modules mobile
  • Customize your workflow
  • Durable all-metal construction for durability
Keep your 500-series modules mobile

The Radial Sixpack lets you keep your 500-series module where you want to. Not being tied to a rack means you can take your gear with you at any time, you can also recess it into your work surface. Or maximize your signal-to-noise ratio by placing your preamp as close to the source as possible. Once your modules are inserted into the Sixpack, an innovative feed sends the output from the first slot into the next and so on, creating a continuous signal chain.

Customize your workflow

Whether you're producing music in your studio or recording a live performance, your project always goes smoother when you've tailored your workflow to your style. The Radial Sixpack makes it easy to combine world-class 500-series microphone preamplifiers, EQs, compressors, and more, in one convenient desktop/portable chassis. With six empty slots, the Sixpack is perfect for creating a personalized selection of processors for your specific needs. On the back you'll find plenty of I/O including XLR, 1/4", and Radial's own omniport out, to get your signal processed however you like. And there are convenient XLR inputs right on the front panel.

Durable all-metal construction for durability

Made from ultra-strong 14 gauge steel, the Radial Sixpack was designed to last a lifetime. You won't need to worry about this enclosure falling apart on the job. An extremely durable finish will keep your Sixpack looking great for years!

Radial Sixpack 500-series Enclosure Features:
  • Keep your 500-series modules in a convenient, ready-to-go enclosure
  • Powers and connects up to six modules
  • Connects all modules into a single signal chain
  • Roadworthy construction using 14-gauge steel
  • Convenient front panel XLR inputs
Keep your 500-series modules out of the rack and mobile with the Radial Sixpack enclosure!

Reviews

Radial Six Pack
First thing, this unit is built like a literal tank. If you are looking for a 500 series chassis which will still be knocking around 20 years from now, look no further. 14 gauge steel, with a gorgeous paint job. I know, aesthetics only, but highly indicative of the quality approach used on Radial products. Fact is, the same treatments I use on my Acura will take care of scratches and other offenses! (I digress)
Previous feedback observed that backplane jacks were too tight; by design, the connectors are very solid, near mil spec. I'd bet on this backplane "issue" becoming a solid feature, after this unit bounces around on the road, there will be no issues with contacts. Perfect functional performance thus far; with more series 500 "stuff" on the way, I wonder how long it will be before I order my next Radial purchase! The more I play with the six pack, the more ideas I have for it's use!

Spencer Kennedy, thank you for your help always.

Works well, really solid. Need another one!
solid
It's been super solid so far. Replaced a Neve r6 that was giving me issues. This feels just as well built and though I wish it had a power button, I like the fact that it has an external PSU. Not the prettiest box ever, but it is definitely getting the job done.

500 Series Made Simple
Quality at a premium with total functionality!!! Every imaginable way to mix, match, and connect in one package. You can easily connect to any equipment you like via, TRS, XLR, and DB25. I use it portably as my goto bass rig. I have my preamp, equalizer, and compressor limiter all linked together connected to my power amp. I also use it through my mixing board via line inputs. Way better quality pre's with the ability to mix and match. The external power supply is wonderful, there is no hum or noise. A definite must if you would like to get into series 500 equipment with flexibility and simplicity.
