Classic Console-style EQ
The swinging input console equalizers of yesteryear tended to sound sweet and musical. This is what Purple Audio is going after with their Odd 500 Series inductor EQ, and in Sweetwater's opinion, they've succeeded handily. The Odd gives you impressive flexibility - four bands, each offering 12dB of boost/cut, and with your choice of two center frequencies. The low and high bands are switchable between bell curve and shelving. Lastly, there are both low and high cut filters at 60Hz and 12kHz, respectively. With its discrete signal path and transformer-balanced I/O, the Purple Audio Odd is quiet; with impactful lows, clear mids, and sweet highs. We know you'll want one.
