Shure SE535 vs ZS10pro

Searching for the best IEM tone playing bass in my church with the Behringer X32 mixer I was advised to acquire the KZS10PRO which supposedly produces better bass and more then Shure SE535 IEM so I've purchased the ZS10PRO and larger memory foam tips from Sonic foam which yields good bass yet with 5 drivers the bass seems to masks the mid's and highs with reduced clarity and balance yet sufficient for most folks. overall, ZS10PRO IEM are not superior to the SE535 which offers an incredible clear well balanced tone resulting real natural sound. as it turned out, the poor tone / lack of bass in my IEM resulted from poor misadjusted mixer board by some inexperienced sound guys and today A real sound man came and set my IEM tone and bass perfectly to my satisfaction with my SE535 IEM which again demonstrates Shure's product quality and flowless performance which justifies the higher price tag we pay for such awesome IEM. though not all musicians are willing to spend the higher cost of top quality IEM and settle for cheaper made in china IEM which works with increased quality these days.

These are absolutely amazing

I'm a singer/drummer and have used cheaper in-ear models made by other manufacturers for years. Sound isolation and sound definition are always an issue for drummers that really need to discern sound clearly-- until now! These are, by far, the best in-ears that I have used. The low end is there, and the mids are exactly where I need them to be to hear vocals and guitars clearly. I was a bit leery on the price but they are definitely worth it. They fit well, they don't come loose, and the provide more than enough volume. I recommend them to anyone.

Perfect

my guitar tones are finally there. The drums and bass sound amazing and full. I finally get to hear what the house hears. Best in ears ive ever had.

As good as I hoped they’d be!

After 2 years I had to replace my 215's due to damage. I knocked a table over in my studio and it fell directly on my IEM, snapping off the left side insert. When I saw the 525's on sale I knew that if I were going to upgrade I may as well make it worth it. When I first got them, I honestly wasn't that impressed at the difference. However, a few days later I realized that the insert I was using wasn't creating a complete seal in my ear. I switched to a different size and I couldn't believe how much more clarity and low end I was hearing over what I was used to with the 215s. Absolutely, 100% glad I decided to upgrade and cannot wait to take these things out on my next gig.
