Wampler is the best period

Wampler pedals are extremely well made, the sounds you get are amazing. I own 10-12 Wampler pedals, they are the best made in my opinion. The Pinnacle is a machine, sounds awesome and built like a tank.

EVH Pinnacle

I've wanted this pedal for several years, and ordered it after watching Steve Townsend's video again. I realized all the online stores are clearing them out, and decided to get one before they're all gone. I prefer this over the deluxe because of the size and ease of finding the "brown sound". Last Christmas I got the JHS Andy Timmons pedal and love it. I set up a second board for this pedal for jamming and backup. It's different but will still get the job done. I have a TC Spark boost I plan on using with it. I play some Skynyrd and Rick Derringer stuff etc, and knew this would be perfect! I have lots of pedals and always love adding a new one to the collection. I may never run out! LoL..!

The Beast!!

Many speak of the classic Van Halen "brown sound" that we all know and love and the Wampler Pinnacle certainly delivers that vibe with this pedal. After spending a week tweaking it and dialing it in with my rig I was impressed with the range of the pedal and it's overall versatility. The upper gain levels can be a bit messy but the responsive Tone and Contour knobs can level it out just right with some experimenting and the Vintage/Modern switch is like having two pedals in one.

EVH and MORE!!!

I've always Loved the classic Van Halen tone. This pedal MORE than covers that "sound". I cannot play like Eddie Van Halen by any stretch of my imagination but, i love the area that the Pinnacle covers. From AC/DC to RATT. Aerosmith to Guns n' Roses (Appetite and Illusion Album Tones) you get it right here in the Wampler Pinnacle. Hell, you can even capture Green Day's "Dookie Mod" tone in this bad boy. If you're into hot-rodded Marshall/Classic Rock Tones, get yourself The Wampler Pinnacle.

The Wampler Pinnacle Overdrive absolutely nails the infamous "Brown Sound"  In my home studio, I typically use a smaller all-tube amplifier for recording, and with the help of this pedal, I can achieve that hot-rodded British stack sound that is unmistakable.  The Vint/Mod switch allows for me to go from a classic sound to a more modern overdrive that really shines.  The boost switch is perfect when I need a bit more of a signal gain for soloing.  It brings my out my signal enough to soar and then fall seamlessly back into the mix to finish out the song.
