Use MicroMix For Difficult Mic Connections!

The ART MicroMIX provides full facilities for connecting a low-impedance or condenser microphone to any preamp - level device. The MicroMix is perfect for those times when you need to connect a low-impedance or condenser microphone to something which does not support it, such as a high-impedance mixer input, a PC sound card , a powered speaker or possibly an instrument amp. In situations like these, the MicroMix's mic preamp acts as an interface, simplifying and economizing the process. On-board phantom power allows you to use the MicroMix with condenser mics. Also included on the MicroMix are a level control and a simple clipping LED indicator to help you to keep the signal clean.

The ARTcessories line - including the MicroMix - are clever, affordable processing tools for live sound, stage, and studio.
