Great case but even better service

I wanted an inexpensive case for my EL-00 and Sweetwater had them in stock. The case arrived fast and in perfect condition and it fits my little Epi like a glove. There was even a sweet treat in the box. I received a follow-up call and text from Ryan to make sure I was satisfied with the case and was given a direct line to call if I had any questions. I was blown away by the level of attention and service I received for such a small order. I've always known about Sweetwater but this was the first time I had ever made a purchase and all I can say is, wow! These guys are definitely my go-to for gear from now on.

SWEET case

After purchasing the wrong case for a breedlove 12 string ECO pursuit exotic s guitar I was frustrated after hours of searching for a case that might fit. I called my Sweetwater representative Aaron Smith. In less than 10 minutes he helped me pick out this Epiphone case. To say I am happy is a disservice this case is absolutely amazing every detail of it is perfect the guitar fits like a factory case should. I thought Epiphone's guitars were great and a great value, they have nothing on this case, it is batting way above its weight class, I have purchased $250 cases in the past that are not this good. Aaron outdid himself on the overnight shipping even though I called later in the day I received it this morning it's perfect. That's not just a fluke either, my wife has an Epiphone acoustic guitar with a different Case model and it is also truly amazing. SWEETWATER RULES !!!!!

Great Case for A Parlor Guitar!

I needed a hard case for my Epi 00 guitar. A "soft" case is OK, but it is soft after all. I wanted something which provided a bit more protection, but wasn't a road case - just something to take the little guitar to a jam or party. Voila - this Epiphone case! This case looks great and fits my guitar like a fine glove. It has a slot under the neck to cradle it while traveling, the interior material is plush, and there is a storage compartment for a headstock tuner, some picks, a cleaning cloth, and maybe, just maybe a small strap. Fit and finish is very good (at least on the case I received). While this may not be a tough enough case for road use, for my needs it fits the bill!

Great Value Acoustic Hardshell

There's probably not a better hardshell case at this price point. I purchased this for an Alverez Masterworks 70 Folk (MFA70WCEARSHB). Perfect fit. Put a sticker over the Epiphone graphic. Done and done. Interior is soft and snug, good neck support, exterior seems durable and looks pretty decent. Not air tight, but a good enough seal for humidity control and to keep the water out during the quick trips from the car to inside. Not a light case, but no heavier than any other cases of this type and construction. Pocket easily holds a couple packs of strings, clippers, winder, tuner, truss rod key, capo, etc. No regrets.
