2000 watts of tube power in a lightweight amp!

Huge on power, the Bugera Veyron T BV1001T bass head rocks a whopping 2000 watts while keeping the weight down thanks to the high-efficiency Class D power amp. The preamp is driven by a trio of 12AX7 tubes, which imparts a classic tube warmth to your tone. Getting to the gig should be no problem, thanks to the convenient built-in carrying handle. While onstage, the footswitchable FX loop simplifies your setup, and the dedicated balanced DI makes it easy to connect to the soundboard. And this just scratches the surface of the Bugera Veyron T BV1001T bass head's features!

Tons of tone-shaping tools

Huge power and light weight are great features, but there's so much more to the Bugera Veyron T BV1001T bass head. The passive Baxandall EQ circuitry with tube-driven mid EQ gives you authentic tone, and a selectable mid-frequency switch conjures three classic sound variations so you can shape the sound for your particular playing style. At Sweetwater, we know compression, and we know you'll appreciate the compression options included in the Bugera Veyron T BV1001T bass head. The studio-grade compressor provides transparent, musical compression gently engages and smooths out peaks for the ultimate tone. But it doesn't stop there, as Bugera built in special Dynamizer technology that further enhances your tone. What is this Dynamizer, and what does it do? Think of it as parallel compression — like that used in studios for years. Your signal is split into two discrete signals: a dry version and a heavily compressed version. The Dynamizer recombines these separate signals, giving you the ability to get the most out of your tone! Get big power and tons of tone and features with the Bugera Veyron T BV1001T bass head!

Bugera Veyron T BV1001T Bass Head Features:

  • 2000 watts of bass power to fill any room
  • Efficient Class D power amp keeps the weight down
  • Optical compressor and exclusive Dynamizer technology for ultimate bass tone
  • Gig-ready carrying handle
  • Balanced DI out for connecting to a soundboard

new bass amp

Love this amp, Played it at 2 gigs a week apart and it was great.

I like it a lot

Bought a demo model in Jan.2023 so I don't know how long it was in use before I got it. Hooked it up to my SVT 210 cab, messed around with it for about 10 minuets, dialed it in and was very delighted. The tube pre-amp gives off a nice warm sound. I gig 2 to 3 times a week and this is my go to amp. Smaller venues I just go through the SVT 210, larger gigs I go through the SVT 210 and a PF-115HE. I also use a Hartkye HD-115 and HD 210, both 500 watt the sound is incredible. This amp allows you to have a lot of head room and when set up properly with the guitar sounds great. After using on the first gig our lead guitar player said he loved the sound of this amp, I do too and we 2 together have over 100 years of professional experience. We were both hard core Ampeg fans but love the sound of this little yet powerful Bugera. I now carry one of my Ampeg amps with me as a back up if needed.
So as of right now I give it 5 stars for sound and portability. For me this is a great little amp.

Fantastic!

Played many rigs and different setups for over 20 years . This thing is super light , (even has a side handle ) and full of juice! You can instantly feel the warmth of the tubes . After my first gig with it , other musicians came up to me and told me about how nice my tone was . The buildup in compressor is nice to shape it as you need for the venue you're playing . Recommend for sure !

Fantastic

Overall this may be the best integrated amp I've owned. Thus far I've only tested it with a David Eden 210 XLT but the results were Beyond phenomenal with plenty of punch, low end extension control and sparkling top end with lots of harmonic content. Pound for pound considering all the features it has, it performs well beyond its price point. Cosmetically this thing is a work of art with its brushed aluminum front and sides, and sturdy knobs. As for True power rating who really knows? At 8 ohms it feels to be around 4 or 500 w so it's definitely no slouch. If it ends up being reliable in the long run it will definitely be money well spent. I've tried but I just can't fault this thing.
