The A Designs ATTY 2-channel passive line attenuator puts you in control of the line output level of any device without affecting the sound quality — a real plus onstage and in the studio. You can use the ATTY to control the level of your active monitors or from a preamp to your DAW's interface. Its passive design means there's no coloration of the signal, and no batteries or power supplies are needed to operate it. You get two quality combo Neutrik inputs, two balanced XLR outputs, a mute button, and an elegantly simple volume pot to control the ATTY.

Amazing little box!

This little black box is truly amazing, it comes in handy when you need to attenuate the outputs of your pre's. I use this every day in the studio while tracking, it has become an indispensable tool for me.

Only Line Attenuator Needed For Hot Pres

I got this product to pair with my API 3124+ as it's known for its hot outputs that can easily override a converter, especially when really pushing the pre. It is very quiet and does its job well. The one thing I wish for is separate volume control, but in the end it's still a great bang for the buck.

Excellent Tool

This is a great tool to have around the studio to conveniently and without affecting the signal path, attenuate a line level source. The mute button also comes very handy. Construction is solid.
