Audio Technica has added a new large-diaphragm microphone to their family of studio condensers. With a HUGE diaphragm (larger than an inch), and hand-selected tubes that are individually tested and aged to peak performance, the 3060 is sure to have a sound all its own. Interestingly, no dedicated power supply or special cable needed - the tube is built into the microphone. For personal and project studio owners, the good news is that you simply need a good quality XLR cable and you're set! The AT-3060 also includes an AT8458 shock mount and protective pouch.
