Well, assuming that isn’t anything wrong with your controller/mixer, consider the following. The dry air, caused by heating systems and weather conditions, and increased static electrical charges during winter months seems to cut down on the responsiveness of any touch sensitive controllers. Believe it or not, using some moisturizing lotion on your hands usually solves this type of behavior.
