I did receive the item, in a timely manner, but only part of it. The headphones he sold me arrived with no cord. Initially when I contacted the seller, he was responsive and promised to either locate the missing cord or reimburse me the amount needed to buy one. It has been 2 months, and no follow through. We wrote to ask again for the seller to provide us reimbursement. No reply. Very disappointed.
