The item was not wrapped properly and suffered breakage during shipping. It was a piece of plastic broken out from the unit. It doesn't seem to affect the performance of it but it will need to be carefully repaired. Next time use a better box and bigger bubble wrap.

Bam was great throughout the whole process. The package was shipped right away. There was a slight snag in shipping that was due to USPS sending the package on the milk train route. It just added one extra day to delivery. The package was packed great and arrived in great condition.
