How do I set up a Hyperwallet account?

If you choose a fee-based payout instead of a Sweetwater Gift Card, we'll automatically create a Hyperwallet account for you after your first Gear Exchange sale.
Getting Started

Check your email. You'll receive an activation email from Hyperwallet after your first sale. Click the link to get started.

Sign in. Use the same login information you use for your Gear Exchange account.

Complete your profile. Fill out the requested information. The Social Security Number field is optional and can be skipped.

Verify your identity, if requested. Hyperwallet may ask for additional documentation before you can receive payouts.

Choose your transfer method. Connect a bank account, PayPal, or Venmo.

Turn on Auto Transfer. Go to Transfers → Actions → Auto Transfer to have future payouts automatically sent to your preferred account.
You can also leave Auto Transfer off if you'd rather manually transfer your funds.
Once setup is complete, you'll receive notifications when payouts are ready and when funds have been transferred.
