What happens after an offer is submitted?
Once an offer is made, the seller has 48 hours to accept, decline, or counter the offer. Buyers can make up to 5 offers on a listing. If the seller does not respond to an offer within 48 hours, the offer automatically expires.
Pro Tip: Sellers can receive simultaneous offers from multiple buyers, so offer your best price!
Please note, users may not use the offers tool to spam sellers or to solicit personal information. In order to ensure a safe and secure community, Gear Exchange reserves the right to suspend or limit any user’s ability to initiate offers if we suspect these tools are being abused. If you believe your account has been blocked from making offers by mistake, please contact the Gear Exchange admin.
