Am I required to purchase if my offer is accepted?
Yes. When your offer is accepted - or you accept a seller's counteroffer - the listing is considered purchased by you. Payment must be submitted within 48 hours. If there is any delay on payment, you must message the seller within the 48 hours via Messages.
