Music background: Music Producer Grammy Winner

So far, so good

I just bought this product a week or so ago and have just started using it with Sonar Professional. I am a DIY recording guy with an IT background and am learning how to use DAW's one trial and error at a time. So with that in mind, this instrument is exactly what I wanted; better samples and a broader variety than what came with the Sonar stuff. I couldn't really justify the cost of the next level software at this point, and thought this was a good price point for me. This, as it turns out, had what I expected and for the cost seems like a reasonable deal.

One hat tip to the Sweetwater gang is the pre sales support. I wanted to ensure that the plug in would work with Sonar, and when I called in, the rep was very helpful and it turns out he was right as well.

The installation was very straightforward as one would expect. The software itself seems to be equally easy to figure out. My brief experience says that there are easy menus with lots of parameters that will satisfy me as a novice to perhaps the next level.

I am satisfied with the purchase and have no regrets.
