Powered Sub for Any Monitor System Taking care of the low end in any near-field monitor or multi-media system, the Rubicon R10s is a powerful 150-watt active subwoofer featuring a 10" low frequency driver with a butyl surround, providing extended range and tight low frequency response. Samson Rubicon R10s Subwoofer at a Glance: Built-in active crossover and intelligent sub/satellite control Footswitch jack for muting sub Remote control provides additional monitoring functions Built-in active crossover and intelligent sub/satellite control In order to maximize the sound of your monitor system, the R10s has a built-in active crossover, with variable crossover frequency, for connecting to your satellite speakers. The R10s provides intelligent sub-satellite control thanks to the clever switching that automatically returns the satellites to full-range operation whenever the subwoofer is muted. Footswitch jack for muting sub The rear panel features a footswitch jack allowing you to easily switch on and off the subwoofer on the fly, and a phase switch to time align your monitors. Balanced inputs on standard XLR and gold-plated RCA connectors, plus an XLR output, make interfacing the R10s to other active monitors or power amplifier simple.
