First of all…the "welcome" that I received from the folks at Sweetwater was absolutely amazing!! Alan…my Sales Engineer was great to work with!! He responded very quickly to every question that I had!! I buy a LOT of products online…from a number of sources…and I can honestly say that Alan…and EVERYONE at Sweetwater are "tops" in my book!! Another point worth noting is the incredible turnaround time for my order!! I ordered my product on Tuesday and it was on my doorstep on Thursday…2 DAYS…ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! But ultimately…I just have to applaud Alan…and EVERYONE at Sweetwater!! Maybe a cliche…or an overly used description…but they TRULY made me feel like Family…something that is sadly missing in 2021!!

This is the 2nd time of purchasing this unit. First one was a GREAT purchase. Doing small venues to outside shows, easy to use and the sound is awesome. My equipment got stolen in a house theft scenario, so when I had to search for another unit, I kept going back to this one. The only true drawback is that there are no wheels, so I had to buy a collapsible cart and that took care of that! Great buy otherwise all the way around.

With the funds I had available This PA system fit perfectly into my plans. Shooting pyrotechnic shows it gives me the ease of portability without being clumsy.

Purchased for son as he begins his musical journey. Nick was very helpful. It arrived as scheduled, well packaged. Easy set up out of the box. Son is looking forward to using it.... as soon as I finish playing with it.

I just bought this PA back in July 2018 and am so far loving it. I used it for my wedding and for several outdoor parties this past summer. It has turned my outdoor patio into a dance floor as now everybody is really into it. The sound is great and you can turn it up REALLY loud. It pairs easy w my iPhone and I can play Apple Music or whatever streaming service you have like a DJ. I have 13 acres and if I crank it up by the house I can walk all around the property and hear it pretty decently. Have not yet had a chance to plug in my guitar or keyboard yet but hope to do that soon. The whole thing packs up really nice into a portable case and can be taken anywhere w real quick set up. For the price this really packs a punch. You can't go wrong with this PA. (Keep in mind it does not have lines out to be able to plug in a monitor or bass amp.) But im not worried about hat because this system seems to have pretty good bass from what I've heard from mine. Sweetwater has been real solid in their approach to me and I've been feeling real good about the buying experience and will most likely be back for more!

This system is amazing in every possible way. Sound quality is great, easy to set up, easy to use and ideal for all occasions. Oh and the price was really good compared to what i seen when shopping around.

This equip rocks. Packed up, it is an easy to handle suitcase style casing. I own a small bar and luke to do my own karaoke, and I also MC motorcycle events. It packs plenty power, is very easy to operate. I sm an MC, not a sound man, so I need a PA that helps me set it up cleanly and keep my sound right. It does all that with a price that won"t bust your budget. I bought wireless mics that match the unit. Very easy, I like this atuff A LOT.

I bought this to broadcast high school baseball games. Set the speakers up behind home plate, had speakers pointing out to field. Hookup was very simple and worked immediately. Best part was that during warm ups I linked my phone via the bluetooth and was able to play music during the warm up and between innings. Players loved it and could hear it all the way into the outfield (volume not even turned up completely). I was worried that the sound would not carry outdoors but it exceeded my hopes. The unit is self contained which is nice. The only thing missing is that there is no place in unit to store 20' speaker cables and mic cable. Otherwise a great unit.

Used for annual barn party. Definitely adequate power and projection with decent base to cover fairly large space. Sub might be a nice addition at some point, but not necessary at all. Very versatile, easy to use controls, quality build, and good quality sound as the volume rises. No issues to complain about.

This is a very solid unit. Easy to break down and setup but well protected when closed. Bluetooth connection works great. Sound quality is great as well. We are trying to come up with other events just so we can use it!
I very much recommend the Europort.

I ordered the PPA500BT through sweetwater and received the package 3 days later! I am using the system for acoustic gigs at coffee shops and small bars. From the moment I plug the system in the sound was exceptional. The reverb is great, the effects work very well and there is zero background home or noise. The vocals come through with clarity and the EQ works very well.
It should be noted that you can only choose one effect and this effect is assigned it to all channels. Each channel has an effect dial which allows you to adjust from 0 to 100%. There is also a master effect dial which allows you to adjust the effects presence across all channels From 0 to 100%. So even though only one effect can be assigned you have control over each channels amount.
For the price point this system is pretty amazing. The speakers fold into the mixer perfectly like a suitcase and make the system very portable. It also comes with a mic and cable. The mic seems to be of good quality also.
Sweetwater customer service is exceptional. I've never had such great customer service. They answered my questions immediately and they followed up after every step of the order.
I would recommend this product

We purchased the Behringer system due to compact portability. We use this system in conjunction with a wireless headset to have live animal presentations at schools, churches, and other special events. This system allows us to have plenty of volume to speak in gyms which I have stuggled with the acoustics with other systems. The clips that latch the system together need to be made of metal instead of plastic since one of mine did break the first time we used it. The service team is assisting us with replacement parts and the sales team at Sweetwater are first class and very helpful and truthful when comparing products with their competitors. We will use Sweetwater for all of our purchases in the future.

Just received the system today and paired it with an existing karaoke and IPhone (Bluetooth)- results amazing sound quality and almost no feedback even up close. For the price, this system is truly worth the money spent in comparison to other systems!

Excellent system and very portable. I've had it for a month and have used it for several performances. I'm very happy with the sound for the price point (only thing missing is fatter bass, but it makes up for this in overall clarity). Love it!

Just what I ordered. Extremely quick delivery. Priced right and quality high.

Needed a system w/ mobility and light weighted. This one fit perfect for my needs. Great sound for its size and all you need for the purpose for which it was bought for.

Bought this system due to selling my Yamaha system to my old quartet in Indiana. Needed something to practice on and travel to small venues. This system is great. With the blue tooth system, this makes it so easy to use my iPad or iPhone with my tracks installed. I also bought the wireless microphones and was amazed at how well they sound. Might even be better than my old SM58. Plug in the USB and sing. All adjustments are easy and sounds great. Haven't plugged any instruments into it but I have used a mini disk and a Tascam tape player with no problems. With maximum of about 200 people in a room it filled very nicely. With speaker stands, it makes a nice system. Hope this helps.

Love it !!!! It sounds wonderful and has very good sound quality

I bought this for my son and I to rehearse at home and play gigs...we are a two piece with keys, guitar, percussion, and 2 vocals. We used the PA outdoors at a local mall and it worked great. We just used the PA for an indoor gig in town (needing much less volume) and it did the trick. Super fast setup. The keyboard came through much better than I expected from such a small unit, and in stereo. So I put my big Roland amp away! I also like that I can set them up behind us to work as PA and monitor which worked fine, and then mix myself from the keyboard. We bought stands from Sweetwater (On Stage brand...inexpensive but just fine) and put the speakers up... worked great. Love the bluetooth...I hooked my iphone to it an played background music for our breaks.I've played professionally and used many large systems. I'm into simple these days and this works perfect for a small setup like ours.

A great product that fits my lifestyle. Easy and very mobile. Sounds great. Storage compartment not as big as needed for things but overall I am very happy.

After talking over several possibilities with Rep Andy I decided on this one. We have played out several times now, both in and outdoors and it had worked really well. My biggest concern was the if the bass level would sound good thru smaller speakers. Well this thing handles the bass just fine. The mic that comes with it actually out performed my Shure SM57 and SM58. Would recommend this to anyone playing to a small festival crowd or any indoor venue.

The system is great! Everyone is blown away when they hear how great it sounds.
We sing through it and listen to music cd's through it. I really like how everything fits together in one easy to carry unit.

I do a comedy hypnosis stage show so its important that everything I say is heard clearly. This system has it all, great sound, good tonal quality and projects well with no distortion between high and low tones and volumes. The Bluetooth capabilty was an added bonus. I use sound effects during my show and I was able to use my iphone music and sound app to enhance some routines... This has added a new dimension to my show ... the system is easy to set up,operate and re-pack. I'll probably be ordering the wireless mic's that are available with the Behringer Europort PPA 500BT.... I was looking for a compact portable system and this is absolutely one of the best investments I've made. The tech support is outstanding and all my questions were answered in terms easy to understand. Professional, knowledgable and curteous.....Great service ! This has been an awesome unit. Works great on our deck for lake parties just blasting music. My son uses it playing gigs - works great for one mic and his guitar. Works well when adding a keyboard. Works well enough as a PA in a small venue for a full band but a mixer needs to be added - pretty typical. Been using it for over 5 years and no issues, an excellent product, especially for the money.

For the price, it's a great PA - sounds great and does the job. The only thing I wish is that it had a THIRD mic input to mic an instrument..and a kickback monitor input. I also don't like that you can't separate the audio FX mix from the mic / source music - it applies an overall affect to everything. My recommendation is that you use FX preset 41 and then bring then FX to half way and the mic up to a little over half or more depending on what you want for mic effect. The pluses outweighs the negs though. It's a nice compact unit for a total of 500 watts. I first saw one of these at work at an outdoor party and it was blasting music over a large audience area and sounded really good. The price is decent for the quality. Some people frown upon Behringer, but this one seems to be made well and most people like it- when you look at reviews. I'm happy with the purchase. I didn't compare it to a Fender passport, and some people like those better, but for the money, it was the ticket for me.

This compact, but powerful PA is great for low key shows. I use it mostly for outdoor events like tailgates or parties. It’s easy to setup, sounds great and is incredibly easy to transport and store. Only downside is that this package doesn’t come with speaker stands.

An easy to use and set up portable system. We use this system in an adult day care facility where we have many different users and performers come- musicians, hula, speakers, trainers, etc. AND our staff use the system on a daily basis. Most of the users are not familiar with complicated systems and the wireless mics and bluetooth capability makes this so easy for older performers who were barely used to the karaoke and DVD players! Our new facility space is large and the sound is excellent. We've only had the system for a little under two months, so I am sure we will find out how powerful this baby really is when we hold fundraisers and larger trainings later this year. I"m really impressed with this little PA. Honestly I wasn"t expecting it to be this good!! The sound is terrific. It"s very powerful and doesn"t break up easily. I loved the way it quickly paired with my device for unlimited access to internet music! The Europort has real flexibility It"s one of the handiest pieces of gear I own. It"s perfect for an acoustic player/singer/songwriter. The blue tooth receiver (extra accessory) also gives the user ability to record into their favorite DAW. While it all goes together nicely for carrying, I found it slightly heavy and clumsy. Nothing major and the handy drawer compartment more than made up for it. The speakers are made to be pole mounted. That was also very nice. Loaded with features! As an added bonus, it came with all the cables and a nice mic-in a case. I"m very, very happy with this purchase. Every once in a while Behringer comes out with something REALLY good! This is worth every penny.

First time with this type of thing and was amazed at the ease of setup and ease of use. I purchased this as back up system for my church, but it seems like it might become a work horse! Glad to have the Blue-tooth function because we will be putting that good use!

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more, and on sale too!
My only suggestion (not a complaint mind you) is I wish it had a couple of built-in wheels like a carryon suitcase. Being seventy two years old and not as strong as I used to be, it'd be nice not to have to lift it everywhere I go. All in all the system is super. It's easy to set up, efficient enough to encompass our indoor venue of 75' by 150' with incredible ease, and sounds great! Of course being 72, I had to ask one of the young college Hawaiian dancers at the gig how to work it at first. It's easy to set up and switch on, but there is a learning curve for my generation. But I'm always up to learn a new trick. I also bought the speaker stands; couldn't have asked for more there either.

Great system. The clarity of sound and ease of set-up and use is remarkable. The only drawback is no output for floor monitors. The service I received was excellent.

We were looking for a PA for our local Historical Society. This system was just about perfect. Solid, compact and powerful. At the first event even the Bluetooth came into use when one of the event sponsors wanted to add her own music. The only criticism is the latches, which need little more care to make sure they are locked. But the speakers are designed with solid hooks as part of their cases that slide into the mixer/amp unit. Locking the whole package solidly together. Also a big help supplying sound on our old movie nights.

This PA system worked out for us in a church type setting. Good clear and loud sound ,for speech and music. The bluetooth is a nice feature. Easy to setup and use. The only problem is with the cables it came with; kind'a stiff and wont lay flat. Other than that, I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm using it in a small room (50 people or so). Plenty of volume. With one Shure 57 microphone and an acoustic guitar. It sounds good and is just perfect for the job. I have no problem recommending it to anyone needing to provide sound in a similar situation.

Good things: Sound is great. It works really well. The Bluetooth is really nice to have. Everything works well.

Not so good things: The main unit is stored at the bottom. The speakers sit on top of the main unit. The storage flap is on the bottom and all the wires do not fit in the storage flap. A little bulky.

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. I bought it for the Bluetooth option and sound quality, and am not disappointed!

Easy to operate and easy to set up. My team loves it

Finally had the chance to try this unit out at an outdoor venue 7/17/2022. A crowd of about 60 people. Worked great, crystal clear with a Sure mic.
Also played music all day and that was clear and as loud as you wanted it. A bargain.

I was really digging this PA until we purchased IEM's..... And unfortunately it doesn't have a connection for that.

I have used my system about 10 times so far.. Still having trouble using the setup reverb, etc.. Doesn't seem to work for me.. ,but It maybe I am just using it wrong.. Still trying to use the booklet,, not exactly working for me,,, but not giving up, yet.. This system is not as easy to use as my last system that I had,, and cost about the same amount of money,,

I have owned the Behringer Europort PPA500BT since December of 2016 with average use and excellent care. So, 42 months post purchase, the unit failed to come on when I attempted to use it. Troubleshooting proved to be of no avail other than to reveal that there was nothing wrong with cords or power supply, etc. The warranty has of course expired. Ergo, I feel this product, though wonderful in terms of its performance, is substandard because it has poor staying power for the amount of use with absolutely zero abuse. I am currently seeking another product and expense I had not expected so soon. Very disappointing.

We've had this unit for about 6 months and it is falling apart already. The clips that hold the unit together are breaking and causing more problems. The sensitive sliders where broken due to the clips not holding and the unit coming apart during transport. The back compartment doesn't stay in place. While transporting items can be lost because of the inability for the compartment to stay closed.
The sound is loud enough for our events of up to 200 people, but I don't see it staying together for more than a year. Best to buy something with more staying power.

Just received this today. Dead on arrival, does not power on. Can't speak to how it sounds or it's features because it's basically an expensive paperweight. Left me high and dry for an event I had planned. If you are someone who would prefer to do your gambling at the blackjack table, and not with important gear purchases, spend your hard earned money on someone else's product.
