Well Designed, Perfectly Executed.
As an audio production enthusiast for 23 years, I have experimented with and owned a plethora of microphones within a wide spectrum of value. After spending a decade abroad, where I established a successful chain of Test-prep Education companies, I came back to the US and faced the daunting challenge of rebuilding my audio equipment from scratch. Since I now manage my businesses and teach online, I needed a reliable and professional microphone for my online video conferences. I decided to try the Rode NT+USB, a product from a brand that has earned a reputation for excellence. I was blown away by the performance of this USB microphone, which surpassed all my expectations. Unlike other USB microphones that have many limitations, the Rode NT+USB delivers a superb sound quality with its low noise-floor, superior preamps, and live filters. It is a well-designed and well-executed product that has no flaws in my opinion. I am very happy with my purchase and I look forward to expanding my audio collection with more Rode products. My next target is the Rode Lavaliere-II and an interface, which I hope will be a good alternative to the Tram TR-50 that I can't afford right now. I have some upcoming adverts to record and I need a high-quality lavaliere microphone that won't break the bank. The Rode Lavaliere-II seems like the closest match to the TR-50 that I can find in the market.
Professional Quality without breaking the bank.
I was looking for a good quality mic that was USB/USB C more just general home use. Without having a ton of sound proofing in my home office this still sounds great and blocks most external sounds that I don't want recorded. My one complaint would be that there is Rhode software that isn't required to be used, but is required to update the firmware in the mic and use some more features of it.
Incredible value for the money
I was using a cheap little podcasting mic and decided to upgrade but not break the bank. I'm completely satisfied with this piece of equipment and would recommend it to anyone! My podcasts sound MUCH better now
